Rather than being mass-produced or kept in stock, the pieces in this collection are individually crafted after an order is confirmed. This allows us to dedicate the time and care each creation deserves.
Production & Delivery
As every piece is made to order, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for delivery from the date you receive our order confirmation email, confirming that your piece is approved for production and the crafting process is about to begin.
This timeframe allows us to craft, finish and prepare your piece before it is dispatched. We believe that exceptional craftsmanship deserves the time and attention it requires.

Once production has begun, cancellation requests may not be accommodated. As each piece requires dedicated materials, time, and craftsmanship, we encourage you to order thoughtfully and ensure that your selection is correct before production starts.
