‎Shipping & Return Policy

This Shipping & Return Policy is drafted in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applies to consumers within the European Union.

Delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 5–14 business days from the date of dispatch. In all cases, delivery shall take place no later than 30 calendar days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

If delivery exceeds this period, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the legal right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

Refund Timing & Method

·  Refunds shall be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

·  CATACLLYSM is legally entitled to withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until you have supplied proof of return, whichever occurs first.

·  Refunds shall be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

·  The refund covers the price of the returned goods. Original delivery costs are non-refundable, except where mandatory under EU law.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Where goods are intentionally damaged, worn beyond reasonable try-on, altered, washed or rendered unsellable, CATACLLYSM reserves the right to refuse the refund in whole or in part, or to deduct the diminished value from the refund amount, in accordance with Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

In the case of defective or non-conforming goods, consumers are entitled to remedies under Directive (EU) 2019/771, including repair, replacement or refund. These statutory rights are independent of and do not affect the right of withdrawal.

Repeated or Abusive Returns

In cases of repeated returns that exceed normal consumer behavior and indicate abuse of the right of withdrawal, CATACLLYSM may apply proportionate measures, including restricting return privileges, refusing future orders or suspending the customer account, in compliance with EU consumer protection law.

Final Provisions

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
